By accessing or using Matcha, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Matcha is a profile verification service that allows users to search for publicly available information about individuals based on uploaded images. The service uses third-party search APIs to find matching profiles across the internet.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Matcha
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Matcha for:

• Stalking, harassment, or threatening behavior
• Any illegal purpose or activity
• Violating the privacy rights of others
• Doxxing or publishing someone's private information
• Commercial purposes without our permission
• Circumventing any security measures

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The images you upload and searches you conduct
• How you use the information obtained through our service
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Respecting the privacy and rights of individuals whose information you find

6. Credits and Payments

• Searches require credits purchased through the app
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits do not expire
• Prices may change with notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Search Results

• Results are provided "as is" from third-party sources
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of results
• Not finding results does not mean a person doesn't exist online
• Results may include false positives

9. Intellectual Property

The Matcha app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MATCHA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matcha and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
